LABORATORY & QUALITY CONTROL A. RAW MATERIAL   Emirates Readymix uses only the best available raw materials in UAE, complying with respective BS & ASTM standard. B. CEMENT   Cement used is supplied by Gulf cement company and Union cement company.Both these companies have. C. AGGREGATES   Crushed,Coarse & Fine aggregates from well known Crusher Source complying with BS & ASTM standard. D. WATER   Water used is complying to BS 3148 E. ADMIXTURES   Chemical Admixtures used are supplied by would renowned BASF meeting BS & ASTM standards. F. LABORATORY & QUALITY CONTROL   Fully Equipped laboratory with qualified personnel carryout physical and chemical tests of incoming raw materials in compliance with BS & ASTM standards. Test and trials are carried out at prescribed intervals for performance and durability aspects of concrete. Test are carried out on daily basis to check Various aspects of plastic and hardened Concrete. Each vehicle leaving the plant is inspected for quality compliances before despatching to site. All these tests are complimented with testing at reputed external laboratory for further Verification purposes.
